Terms of Service

Please make sure to read through the commission info as well to better understand the process and what you will receive.EXTRA COSTS
- On top of the base price for a commission, finer details (intricate tattoos, patterns, pets etc.) and props may require an additional fee that will vary depending on complexity.- If you require the art for business purposes and would like to have the right to commercial use (i.e. wish to sell a product including the art, like a t-shirt design, sticker, promotion material for games, youtube/twitch etc.), said rates will highly vary and depend on your budget, purpose of the art and will be approx. 2x-5x the base price.- You will be entitled to three FREE revisions during production(☆); any further revisions past these will cost a fee of 15% original commission price.- For revisions during the final stages of production or on a completed piece, fees may vary based on complexity/hourly wage.
Note: To avoid these confusions, please make sure you provide clear instructions, references etc.! Be sure to communicate revisions during earlier stages if possible or when I am sending updates, my priority is to deliver a commission you'll be satisfied with!

- Payments will be accepted via PayPal invoice or through artistree.io, prices are in USD. No cryptocurrency accepted.- Once I've confirmed your slot, I will send an invoice for payment. Full payment is required upfront. I will ONLY start working on your order after payment has been received.- For orders above $100 you may request to pay me in two parts (50% upfront, 50% after the art is done), please let me know in time so we can discuss it!- If I have not started on your commission, cancelling your commission will grant you a full refund. If I have started working, a partial refund will be issued based on the time spent so far. On coloured commissions, refunds will no longer be offered if a cancellation is requested during the final stage of the piece (rendering, painting etc.)- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.PROCESS
- Finishing the piece can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month AFTER STARTING. Illustrations can take longer, but I will keep you updated throughout the process and will provide you with a Trello link to track progress between updates (for the sake of anonymity, your order will be listed as a coded number on Trello that I will provide you with).- If you need any artwork by a deadline, you can do so for an additional fee of 30% of the price of your order. I will not accept orders on deadline with a shorter than 7 days notice. Please let me know in advance so I can prioritise your order promptly!- I will keep you updated as I work on your order and you will have the opportunity to request revisions at every stage. Please remember that you will get three free revisions throughout the process, so please make sure to consider anything that may need changing in earlier stages.- Further revisions after the first three will incur an additional fee (See 'EXTRA COSTS').- You will receive a full resolution 300dpi PNG image of your order. You can request a transparent PNG for free on pieces with a simple background.RIGHTSArtist's Rights:
- I own the artwork and I reserve the right to post it, use it in my portfolio, record its process for video use and share it, etc. If you wish for it to remain private, we can discuss.- I will NOT sell the artwork I provide for you to anyone else or as merchandise. I retain all copyright ownership over the commissioned artwork.- I have the right to decline your order for any reason.Client's Rights:
- If you ordered a private commission, you are free to use the artwork you ordered for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY (eg. print it for personal use, use as a wallpaper, icon, etc., but PLEASE credit me. Do not use it for profit.). For commercial use, please get in contact with me via [email protected] to discuss those terms.- You may repost the artwork as long as credit is given to me as the artist.- You have the right to request a cancellation of the commission, but refunds will depend on the stage at which the cancellation is requested (see 'PAYMENT AND REFUNDS')- You may NOT remove my signature from the artwork under any circumstance. The commission price can include a simple coloured background (gradient, colour shape, pattern) which suits the overall aesthetic of the artwork. Versions without background or transparent can be requested for free. Please note that sketch type commissions will have no background or flat colour backgrounds.Please provide me with clear visual character references: please no written descriptions (additional visual references for expression/pose are very helpful and appreciated but not required.)I DO NOT accept any NFTs or permit ANY of my work to be used as an NFT or for AI art.I will draw:

ProcessThis includes the process of your commission that I will be updating you on each step of.1. Draft sketches that I will ask your decision on which to proceed with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts. Sketch commissions do not come with multiple drafts.)
2. Final Sketch, with flat colour (if applicable)
3. Final piece
You will receive a full-resolution file (at 300dpi) of the final drawing. Final file formats are usually PNG and canvas size is approx. A4 (I may crop the size to accommodate composition and character pose, but these changes are only slight). Please note that there is no physical product.How does it work?
- Inquiry: Fill out the order form
- Agreement: Confirmation of slot through preferred contact method, Trello link for tracking progress.
- Payment: I will send you an invoice via PayPal. Once received, I will begin working on your commission. If you are on the waitlist, I will contact you once ready to begin (you can also track progress on Trello.)
- Process: You will receive drafts/WIPs at each stage. These are the stages at which any necessary revisions and changes can be communicated. I will then proceed toward completion.
- Finished: You will receive your commission via email once it's complete.
